Matcha Club Terms of Use & Community Guidelines
Last updated: 5 October 2026
By using Matcha Club you agree to these terms.
Using the app
- Matcha Club is for personal, non-commercial use.
- Place details, ratings, photos and reviews come from Google and other sources and may be inaccurate or out of date. Check with the café before you visit.
- Links open other apps and websites (such as TikTok, Instagram and publishers), which have their own terms.
Community guidelines
When you suggest a post or share a score with the Club:
- Only suggest public TikTok or Instagram posts about matcha places.
- Don't suggest hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal content, spam, or misleading information.
- Don't suggest content you don't have the right to share, or that reveals someone's private information.
- Scores should reflect your genuine experience.
We review suggested posts before they appear, and we may remove anything that breaks these guidelines. If you see something that breaks them, use Hide & report on the post — we review reports within 24 hours.
Content
You give Matcha Club permission to show the posts you suggest and the scores you share in the app. Creator posts belong to their creators; the feed links to the original post.
No warranty
Matcha Club is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from your use of the app or of third-party places, content or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
